Cybersource/trustwave

I have a client with an e commerce website that uses authorize.net. There is something else calledcybersource for the cc processing that uses trustwave to scan the website for compliance. Well it wants us to move to a VPS, update Wordpress and re-code stuff among other things. I am not dong all that to be compliant for something that I have no idea on what it is. There must be a workaround or another option. Help please.

    Hello,

    the reason they are asking so is because the e-commerce site doesn't pass their compliance audits. It means that it might contain major vulnerabilities with high security risks.

    You can avoid the recommendations and switch to another provider, but your security issues will follow you.

    Remember, dealing with credit cards means taking some important responsibilities.
