Tools for a Virtual Assistance

I'm planning to hire my first full time VA from onlinejobs.ph soon. I was wondering if any one who has any experience working with full time VA's that can help me. What tools do you recommend that I should use to manage my VA? Is there a popular project management system that they can log in and start working on tasks that I assign?

Thanks!

OutVeo is what I use, it's well thought out and easy to use online system for you and your VA. There was WSO when it started about a year ago, if you can't find that then try googling

    Hey there!

We used Basecamp and Asana for our project management.
Basecamp is a great tool for project management but it is a paid software. Asana is also great and very easy to use aside from that it is a free software.

    Hope it helps.

    Cheers!

I recommend you guys use Basecamp or MyProject Plans. And you can also add Google Calendar and Google Docs.

Agreed OutVeo.com is a great service. We also use TeamLab which has a free version.

I use TimeDoctor for my VA's to track time since it provides screenshots too, but I also have those with a fixed rate which I send them the tasks to be completed on a weekly basis.
