Hello. I want to make sure that selling ebooks and getting paid through paypal is totally ok with their TOS. Is there anything I should know or is it all totally ok to do. Just making sure.

Yes, a lot of warriors and IMers are offering digital products and using Paypal as a pay processor without issues.

Yes you can sell digital downloads but get ready to loose money If some one puts can charge back to you because you can't prove to paypal that you can delivered the product.

While information products are fine with PayPal, they don't like any 'make money before breakfast' type of products. They see that as scamming customers.

Books providing information and advice on how to do various tasks or offer services are all fine.

Also in your PayPal Account about your business description, avoid stating that you are an Internet Marketer. Better to say that you are an author/publisher.
