How do you make a jpg image so it looks like you are viewing at an angle?

Sorry I don't know where to ask this.

I have a jpg screen shot that I want to angle so it looks like I'm looking at it from 45 degrees from the side.

This is quite common with ebook covers so I know if can't be hard. I've searched but can't find solution.

All I have is an pretty old version of photoshop PS7 that I don't know how to use very well

Thanks, RMX

Your best bet would be to go in the graphics section and ask some of the graphic designers here, most shouldn't have a problem giving you advice on how to do it..
