  There's something to be said for sticky traffic, if you can purchase it, because bounce rate is a factor in G rankings --- buying traffic that will stick around for a bit can lower your bounce rate and help. Just don't count on them buying anything.

Whatever you do, don't use this technique. Not only will the traffic be totally useless clicking just for purpose of exchange, but Google will consider your site as low quality or spammy after finding out that regular traffic reaches your site through these "traffic exchange" schemes.
