How/where to sell my real estate leads...

Hi. I'm looking for advice on how/where to sell my real estate leads. I have nationwide leads on pre-foreclosure/motivated homeowners who still have some equity in their home. These are very good leads and I know for certain that the data is accurate since I generated the leads myself . What is the smartest and fastest way to sell them? What is a fair price per-lead to charge? I only want to sell each lead no more than 2 times, maybe only once. I have leads for most major cities in the US.

Thank you for your advice.

I would contact some of the major RE companies directly ask to speak to management and explain your proposition.

Offer them a deal, it could be results based on commission/profit share or any other mutually beneficial outcome that you could negotiate.

A lot of places will want to test the leads before they start talking prices. A lead is only worth what someone is willing to pay and someone is only willing to pay what that lead is worth to them.

So I would approach some sales people in your area directly and offer them a few leads to try out for free. Once they see the leads are working for them you can then talk price.

Another idea is you can get a real estate license and become a referral agent. You can then refer those leads to other agents for a referral fee of 20 - 25% of the Agency's commission.
