Question about Markethealth and trademarked EMD's

Hello guys!

I am now trying to register an EMD for a targeted Markethealth product and install Wordpress on it. But before that, I see that most of their offers are not allowing "Trademark PPC" or what we call bidding.

I would like to clarify if it does involve like this:

- Register an EMD (trademarked product) without additional keyword and it's under TLD (since COM, NET and ORG have been taken already).
- Setup a Wordpress blog about the product
- Only relying on free traffic (SEO, social media, etc.)

In short, I am registering EMD for a trademarked product for free traffic sources only, not for PPC.

Let me know about your thoughts guys!

Jeff

Whenever you register a trademarked domain, you run the risk of the trademark owner coming after you. They could sue you or file a UDRP and get the domain from you. Is it worth it to you?

Ok thanks to both of you! I guess I am gonna register a generic health related domain name. Time to build some authority around here.

You can always ask for the trademark owner for permission. But in the absence of that, this is a much better and safer idea.
