OptimzePress will solve your problem quickly and for a long time.

You can also grab some free PLR with all these things in it, and just model the templates by changing the text and graphics for your particular case. It takes work, but it's free.

I'm not really sure what you're looking for, but everything you find has to be modeled to fit your certain product/service.

If you're looking for something made-for-you with the product included, search for PLR and MRR products. There are a lot of quality sites with amazing packages.

Try the PLRstore.com, easyPLR.com or master-resale-rights.com
These all have IM and MMO products listed. You just have to dig around.

I agree, look at the WSO section, there are tons! Or become a War Room member and there are free ones in the War Room. I'm surprised you are asking that question on a thread. There are so many of these packages on the WSO section of the forum. So really decent ones as well.

I purchased a WSO from Liz Tomey and Jeff Dedrick last year called OTO Secret Weapons. It is a done-for-you sales funnel with squeeze page and oto. When I first started in the IM niche, I had no idea where to start. I had no idea how to go about creating my own product, squeeze page, sales page, and download page. Having a product that has all these elements already done for you is a great way to get started. I hope this helps,
