Can we send Yahoo traffic to Squeeze pages?

I have made about 3 accounts so far on yahoo and all three of them have been suspended.

I leave detailed replies and put my link in the source box, which is a link to my squeeze page.

How come all my accounts are getting suspended? Is sending them to my squeeze page not allowed or what else could it be?

Technically I don't think any sort of self-promotion is allowed on Yahoo
Answers. That's why I've always steered clear, though some people swear
    by it.

I used to leave a link to my blog which had links to my sales pages, but didn't get any conversions.

Typing at Yahoo answers all day was pretty tedious, so I stopped doing it.

You're probably better off doing a different social strategy. Possibly drop Yahoo Answers and swap it with participating on a forum, blog, or social platform (like twitter) in your niche.

Yahoo Answers is applying stringent rules in leaving your urls as resource for your replies. As you've experienced all your accounts have been suspended, chances are they have already created a spam filter for your url.

May be your answer was not helpful for the users on Yahoo Answers community. Also you should not use your URL in every answer that you provide on Yahoo Answers.

Yahoo answers terms clearly mentioned self promotion is fine as long as your answer is useful.

Yahoo dosen't want you to spam your answers when you give advise to others questions. They mean that you can put a link reference to the answer you provide not a link that take the users to your squeeze page.

If you want to promote your squeeze page, find the questions which are asking for making money online , like "how can i make money in two days", "how to make money online" type of question or same as your squeeze niche.

This way you can answer their questions and ask them " If you really want to make a decent income online!, check this out >your squeeze page link<" yahoo will consider it as a genuine link as you are helping the user to make money online.

This worked for me, you should also try it.

But you just said not to direct to a squeeze page link...

You're breaching Yahoo's terms of service. To have any realistic chance of generating traffic from there, you need to do this very subtly, in only a small proportion of your replies, and link to a page which gives relevant information, not to a squeeze page. (Linking to a squeeze page there wouldn't help you much anyway, even if you didn't get all the links removed).

It helps always to read the terms of service/terms of use of any site on which you ever post, that you don't own yourself. They're pretty often only one page, and easier to follow than many people expect.

You should link to a helpful article .. or a video, not a squeeze page. You should provide some value first before asking for the email.

And I'm going to guess your answers were pretty spammy which definitely doesn't help your case.
