Aweber - Adding Messages - HELP NEEDED

I've had an Aweber account for quite some time now and have a number of lists.

Does anyone know whether you can add a new message to all the lists at the same time (not a broadcast) but a timed message.

At the moment I'm adding the messages invidivually to each list and am not sure if there is an easier way.

Pretty sure you can't do that.

What you should do, from a setup perspective, is have one master list that everyone gets automatically subscribed to no matter what other list they get on.

Then you have one central place for broadcasts, general AR followup etc.

How would I get people automatically subscribed to a master list? Apologies for being so dumb.

Check out the "automation" feature within Aweber.

Lots of hep docs on their site walking you through it.

Hi Elaine,
I am assuming you want to create Follow Up messages? When you go into the Follow Up section you are given the option of "Campaign Sharing". I think this might be what you need.

Be careful with campaign sharing, from memory it will erase whatever else is in your AR series.

Kyle - I've set up the automation process but am I right in thinking that this will only take effect with new subscribers now and not existing subscribers?
