How to make £10 online?

Hi all

Over the last couple of years I have read so many get rich quick ideas and trawled through manyWSO offers promising me unlimited riches and early retirement but the question no one seems to ask honestly is - can we all make some money online with limited online sales knowledge?

Now before you all start jumping on my back stating you are making ££££££'s I am talking about normal people with limited online marketing knowledge, can we make a pound or two (or dollar)?

I would be more than happy supplementing my income by £10 a day! That is £300 a month and would make a big difference! All well and good offering me the chance to earn $197 a day or $70000 per year but the realism for Mr Average is it wont happen! Will it?

So, the point of this post is to ask a serious question to the honest guys out there - what is the best way to earn £10 a day online?

Thanks

If you have limited knowledge, I'd suggest heading over to Fiverr - you can do simple tasks for $5 each - get a couple orders a day and you're good.

There's no way for anyone to answer that. What's 'best' for me may not be the 'best' for you.

You can make as much or as little money online as you like, but anything you do is going to require your time, energy, money, or all of the above - just to different degrees.

Browse the forum a bit and see how others make money. Figure out what grabs you and do some research on it.

    Best of luck

Obviously, you need to make some connections with people online that would desire to purchase something from you. You just need to decide how to do that. Examples:
    1. Find a fiverr.com gig where you can do something similar to what others are doing
    2. Bid for jobs on odesk.com
    3. Put up a website and build out the content and put some advertising on it like adsense
    4. Create a link directory and offer reviews of websites for a small fee.

There are many, many ways to make money online and you have to make a decision to try one. It might not work the first time. It can take a couple of years to really get somewhere, but if you are smart you will definitely find a way.

Offering services on Fiverr or Elance will get you started earning money online pretty quickly if you can do something that other people are looking for.

If you are talking selling eBooks of your own or Affiliate products then things are a little more difficult to get set up.

Thanks for the replies so far!

I appreciate that money does not grow on trees and that it will not come to me if I do not put the work in! I am certainly not of the opinion that I can launch a site for example, sit back and earn fortunes!

Another question if I may? I currently have a business delivering training services whereby I go to business' and deliver training and to be fair, do ok! With this company I currently have two decent websites that offer my services. Would it be practical to use these existing sites for online products or should I start again?

I guess what I am asking is, do I stick with what I know or start again, fresh in a niche i am unfamilier with?

      All ideas really appreciated!

You can easily make 10 pounds a day on Fiverr. You live in England, I presume. Create gigs, where you can use your British English 'accent' (voiceovers, testimonials), or you can write articles. You can send postcards from England to anywhere in the world, teach foreign people English. You can buy PLR eBooks for pennies and sell them for $5. The possibilities are endless

Everyone's talking about fiverr.com . What can you offer on that website that will truly make you money. Seems like people buy the seemingly flimsy stuffs there. Gimme some ideas pls

My best way of making "real" money is offering services such as graphic design and SEO, so find something you like doing and do it. Another way is picking a niche, like playing games? Make a blog and just start posting news/updates about your favorite games, make it social by making a facebook page for it, adding Twitter etc then monetize it with adsense, cpa hey maybe even sell games?

Hi there! It sure will make a difference and you'll get hooked! Start by offering services! I started with article DIRECTORY MARKETING back in 2007, it was the end of the " golden age" of this "method"!

If you can write, offer your skills to others! Graphics? Anything! I'd post an offer here though or Elance but AVOID FIVERR at all costs! Honestly, offering services in relation to IM- and there are SO MANY POSSIBILITIES- is the best way to make £10 a day...and sooonnn much more!!

    To your success!

Normal people make money online all the time it's called eBay and Gumtree etc. Find something in demand, source it cheaper and sell it for a profit. Doesn't need to be any more complicated than that.

And this is just the reason I posted in the first place!! The promise of hundreds of dollars!! I can not say that these methods do not work but my gut feeling is the figures mentioned may just be one very good day!!

I have been on here long enough to realise that occasionally people tend to over exagerate what they earn! Don't get me wrong, many people on here clearly make a healthy living, whereas many on here just want to make a fast buck from others on the forum wanting to make a fast buck!! Surely others can see this?

All I am looking for is a straight forward way of making a few pounds (dollars) that is achievable by the average IM.

So far there have been some great replies and for those I thank you. I am slightly concerned about using fivrr as I have read some negatives regarding this but happy to try most methods!!

    Thanks again

If you have limited knowledge then you need to expand your knowledge until you are in a position to know what you are doing, that involves reading, learning and putting into practice. One day it will all click into place and you'll crack the code to making money online.
