What are you really good at?

I recently saw a post asking people what they struggled with.

I would like to know what are you really good at? What is the one thing that makes you incredibly valuable to your business?

It could be writing, programming, organization, social media, connections with other people, the technical stuff, or whatever.

Personally, I'm pretty good at the technical crap. I am also not too bad at getting traffic to a website.

So tell the us what you're good at. And it's okay to brag a little.

traffic generation. i feel i've grown to the point where i have exercised most traffic generation outlets and have the ability to harness a mass amount of traffic towards new projects in a short amount of time. my sales pitch is alright, but i think it could be better. when my sales pitch wasn't improving quite as much as my other areas i spent more of that time working on what i knew worked to increase my earnings, the traffic generation! there's always room for more though!

    My weaknesses:
    • confidence in selling myself

uh, I am a Marketing Idiot Savant (that's what 14 of my last clients have said, I think they were being nice). In 5 of my last marketing jobs I've produced so much business that my clients could not handle it (one client said, "We can't handle anymore patients (healthcare), another said, "We can't deal with the influx of customers, do NOT do any more marketing." My business partner says I have a gift for "looking at things strategically, you stop, step back and look at the big picture. Then you come up with ideas that work." He is the tactical guy, he makes stuff work. Today a client said, "I need some ideas to promote a seminar we're doing." She got 8 ideas within 30 minutes. Many of you think about SEO, traffic, list building, niches, PPC, AdWords, etc, that's all really good and that's your talent. I think about what will make people buy something. Some people can sing with PERFECT PITCH, others can write a book that makes you laugh or cry, people have GREAT talents. I can just do Marketing and yes, I am an Idiot and some say a Savant.

Made you look...made you buy, (hehe)

Connecting with people. Whether via copy, creating new products or one-on-one e-mails, I think I have a pretty good idea of what makes my customers tick, and I know how to speak to them like a friend.

My #1 tip on how to speak to someone like a friend? Have complete, unshakable respect and admiration for your customers. Don't let the handful of malcontents you're bound to encounter color your perception of your customers. Love them, and they'll love you back.

If "There's a sucker born every minute" is your favorite phrase, and you view your customers contemptuously as sheep ready to be fleeced, you will ultimately fail. Guaranteed.

I think I am good at writing engaging articles that appeals to readers. I have just recently started writing articles for my affiliate and it seems to come pretty natural to me.
