  Those fast drawn videos definitely increases conversions. Its not like a regular boring video that just shows someone talking or just show slides of words and pictures. It keeps the viewer engaged and itching to see what else is going to be said.

Thanks for the research; checking the links shows there is also a real difference in quality and detail between different creators, as one might expect; well worth shopping at bit. I bet there is a corresponding price difference, and difference in conversions as well. Sometimes you do get more when you pay more.

Yes these videos are becoming pretty popular, I think the continuous motion make them far more appealing than regular "slide show" type videos.

We create ebook trailers using animated videos and it's worked really well. Definitely has boosted sales for the authors we have done that for.

I like these as well, but I suspect in a year or so they will become so common that people will ignore them. But until that happens they are certainly worth creating.

I have been experimenting with a "video chalkboard" that I created using some homemade graphics, a Wacom Bamboo graphics tablet and a cool free program called "Flysketch" (it lets you draw on top of other items on your desktop). I'm actually pretty pleased with the results, I record them and just speed them up when I put the whole production together. The only thing missing is the moving hand!

Now if only I could draw LOL...

Whiteboard Videos! !
These videos tend to convert more than conventional *face and voice* videos.
You can search google for the service, or use some tools to create your own if you have experience in video animations.
