The first thing I learned when I started investing in Real Estate was If I don't have the credit, someone else does. And if I don't have the money someone else does.

Same thing with IM. If I don't have a list, someone else does.

Make contacts and set up Joint ventures.

Staying focused when I hit the computer.

Most of the time...and I think we are all guilty of this...when we sit down at the computer to get some work done..we start checking emails...surfing the web...checking forums..etc...

And before you know it...a couple hours went by and you did nothing to produce more income for your online biz.

So for me...it's being more productive and completing tasks that make me money.

I'm done building one site for one customer. Done trying to sell one or two products by myself. Done doing all my link building myself. Done selling one to one.

It's time to OWN a niche. Have others sell for me. Sell the same product to everyone.
