Whats easier to capture email leads: Squeeze Page vs SEO Wordpress Blog

Well, I have been wondering, wouldn't a SEO wordpress blog be better to capture leads with a pop up form as opposed to a regular squeeze page?

    If emails is what your after, a squeeze play page will out-perform. Ya see, when u make a squeeze, give the surfer no other click options but to optin.. See my Dominating Clickbank sig for an example

    Yeah thats why i was thinking a blog with a pop-up optin form might be better... still deciding!

    It depends on your traffic source - if you have access to a good stream of traffic a squeeze page is all you need. With no traffic then a blog could be the answer becuase regular blogging will bring more and more traffic.

    The only way you'll know for sure is to test. Aside from normal optin form testing, on your blog test with popups, exit pops, static page (as the optin form), form under the header, form in the sidebar, form after each post etc.
