Question About Pinging WebSites

Hey Everyone,

I have a question about pinging web sites, first, does anyone know the best one to use for bulk pinging?

2) What is the main reason to ping your web sites with a keyword(s)?

I keep getting conflicting information and I was wondering if my fellow warriors can help out..

Perfect timing - I had the same question. Someone on fiverr is offering to ping sites for $5, but I wasn't sure if it was a good idea. At least now i know it's not necessary, but can't hurt.
