here is a blueprint that you will use in making money from domain - online real estate.
1. register domain that you want to sell
2. You must understand the qualities of a good domain: typo, mindshare, short, etc
3. Add it to parking companies such as sedo.com, afternic.com, namedrive.com etc
4. Read their TOS and generate traffic possibly to your domain
5. Pay a little for premium placement
6. Get appraisal certificate
7. Attract buyers and sell your domain.
