Anyone know where I can outsource leads?
Hello. Can someone recommend someone on Odesk, elance, or fiverr that is great at generating leads.
I am new to Odesk and trying to find out if I should hire someone on a fixed price or hourly.
My initial project budget is 100 dollars. I heard that people on the philipines work really cheap but at the same time I heard that just because they charge cheap doesn't mean that they work bad. Actually I heard great things about them.
I know there was a site where you can outsource philines people but I forgot. I am trying to outsource my list building and I am curious about the quality of generating fresh leads instead of buying solo ads.
Let me know if you guys know any good worker that can generate some good quality leads on Odesk, elance, fiverr, or the philipines site.
