Rapidly growing email list still isn't converting. What to sell?

I run a pretty successful informational site in the FIFA niche. Mine was one of the first in that niche so I do very well in Google, which is my major traffic source. I get anywhere from 8-15k visitors and 70-100 email sign ups daily. At this point, my email list is a little over 6k, but I still do poorly on affiliate email blasts. I use Clickbank and eJunkie to sell two FIFA-related ebooks on-site (in-text recommendations) and I sell a few of those daily. However, it's difficult to find other FIFA ebooks to sell and even if I could, I don't think they would sell very well as I've only ever referred ebooks. I've tried other slightly related products (ex. a general soccer ebook) and the conversion rate is basically 0%.

How can I find relevant products that will sell well?

How much can I expect to earn with an email list numbering 6k with Aweber?

Any advice would be very appreciated.

Ebooks wouldn't work very well with Fifa in my oppinion... You are best taking pre orders for the new game, offering video tutories, maybe xbox live sign up? Just a few off the top of my head that you could offer.

What to sell is not the right question to ask. You have to deliver value first. Don't treat your subscribers like wallets. Always put yourself on the other side. Would you like someone to spam you with offer after offer? - NO, but if I send you something valuable and then recommend you a product, you are more likely to buy it. With a list like you have go directly to the list and ask them what they would like to see/learn from you.

You could even set up a poll and give them 3 or 4 suggestions. Make it simple and easy for them.

Send out a survey and find out what they want. I'm pretty sure Fifa isn't the only game they play. How about promoting gaming equipment and stuff like that. You need to cross promote, but not just football stuff.

Do FIFA fans want ebooks about FIFA? I'm guessing not, and your own experience seems to confirm that. You might try team clothing. Athletic shoes. I don't know the fan demographic, but if I had to guess, I would start with college age males and try promoting stuff that college age men would be interested in. The first few things that come to mind are partying, women, and fast cars. Just some ideas to try.

I'd think wider than just Fifa, think what else that group of people or demographic would want...ask them through surveys.

There is surely opportunities here to sell them football strips / shirts / boots, computer related items, other games etc.

Why don't you tell them how great sports betting is and how much money
you made this months from a particular sportsbetting site.

Tell them how great the site is and how is easy it was to transfer the winnings
straight to your bank account. (The link to the siteshould be your affiliate link
    of course)

That's a nice amount of sign ups per day

Why not give them a place to hang out like a forum? you can always place ads there and affiliate banners. Also you don't need to sell ebooks to them, you can sell them physical products from Amazon.

Hey there - why not ask them?

First, I agree with other commenters that first it's good to forge a relationship with you list members. The way to do this, is to have a series of 6-7 emails when they sign up which don't sell 'em anything and which give them useful resources. To build trust.

After that you can start thinking about what they'd like to buy .

And one way to get great input is to survey them.

Set up a SurveyMonkey survey and include the link in the welcome series. Say: "I'd really like to help you and give you what you want: fill in this simple survey then I'll know...".

That sort of feedback is so valuable.

Find a product that is related to that niche and try to find a product that specifically solves a need. It must offer value and solve a need, and you will begin to make sales.
