I have a friend that would like to submit his advertisement to the top 10 ad networks. Is there a good mas submit service or software that can do that. I only use craigslist. Any thoughts?

    there only a few but the thing is many still makes you submit manually. I think theres a backpage auto submitter. try searching classified auto poster on google if you haven't already.

    Do it manually...

    Settle for only the main ones others will be garbage whether they are
    in millions....

    Just fish out the ones that receive a good amount of traffic using alexa.com
    as a starting point..
