Would like your opinion on a flippa sale

Hi,

I'm interested to buy a website sold on flippa, noojum.com.

I would like to have your opinion on this sale :
- good opportunity ? easy to monetize ?
- how to avoid scam ? (I alrdy know escrow; how to manage the transfer etc ?) how to be sure he is the owner ?
- do you see good questions to ask to the vendor ?
I dont like the reason for selling "My daughter is very sick and I need money for her surgery for next month".

    I have reviewed the listing, the traffic is definitely there to monetize..it has a page rank and hundreds of thousands of Majestic links... Good Deal if you ask me.. might want to use a converter for language though.. to add more traffic and audience.

    Here are a few pointers to buying a site thou depending on what you want:

    1. Ensure the site has real traffic and have been on the SERP for quite.

    2. Proof of consistent sales or income, i don't know how it is monetized
    but you need to ensure it has been generating income for several month.

    3. Don't be fooled by the PR, checking for redirection is one means.
