HELP Spinning resource boxes SYA UAW

Man it seems no matter how many times I do this I still suck at it. I'm trying to get good at spinning 7-10 resource boxes at a time directing to 1 URL with spinnable anchor text and I just suck at it. It takes me a FULL DAY to do a set of resource boxes for 1 freakin article!!

I cant even explain it properly to outsource it !

Anyone know of a good resource on this so I can get it clear in my head LOL :-)

Just wait for a little while and the Penguin update will perhaps remove all your problems, exactly as it has done for so many others in the same circumstances.

Jokes aside, consider what you are doing. That is a lot of work
for such small reward. Compare that to my typical day:

      1. Wake-up around Noon and try to find someone to
      go to breakfast with me.

      2. Write an article. Two, if I'm feeling really inspired.

      3. Work-out.

      4. Edit the article. Submit it to about a dozen publishers
that I know who work in the niche. Try to find at least 20
that I haven't worked with before, and submit it to them as
      well.

      5. Follow-up with an emails or questions that I've gotten
about any articles. Call family members and friends to
      see how they are doing.

      6. Try to convince my friends to go eat sashimi (sushi) and
usually end-up "compromising" and eating something they want.

      7. Troll various forums. Follow-up with anything important.

...And, because the articles are longer, better written, and
are published in respected journals that have FAR more credibility
than something found in a search engine, they work much
better, bringing me potential clients that are not a complete
waste of my time... People who are much easier to sell to,
and who are willing to spend a lot more money right from the start.

Hey, keep your spinning and your article directory links if that
is what makes you happy. But money doesn't come from programs
or links or tricks, it comes from real people, and the relationships
      that you have with them.

Slowly but surely building a strong network of real people who
are happy to publish your articles in respected, credible sources
is a much more fun and profitable way to run a business.
This is what article syndication really is.

Try it for 120 days, and if you don't like it, you can always go
      back to spamming article directories.

Well I too spend a lot of time with the family, and I work out every day at 1pm, and quite often hit the sushi bar or some good Thai food. I also do six figure launches pretty regularly and I'm on page 1 of Google for all my targeted keywords - HOWEVER

I'm open to your thoughts, just because I'm semi successful doesn't mean I'm doing everything right, especially as it related to article marketing.

So let me ask you this, can you shed some light on your article, your linking strategy, any adjustments you make to the article or whatever you do to try and get some backlinking juice, OR is all of your effort designed to get direct traffic? Syndication by others etc???

Do you manually submit to 12 directories? How long does this take?

Any usable input would be awesome thanks!

I think you may have missed my point... I am always working
on my connections with others. "Never eat alone" and all that.
Not only family, but business partners and friends as well.

      And Thai food? Yikes! :p

What is the actual profit on those like, after the bills are paid?
      Just curious.

Congratulations. How much time and effort did it take to
get there? And how much does it take to maintain the spot?
And how many of those people who find you on Google actually
      become high ticket buyers?

I hate the traffic that I get from Google-- they are a bunch
of time-wasters. But, I imagine some niches are different
than others. I know for a fact that some people are making
a lot of money through SEO-- but I also see them working
way too much for that money, imho.

Great mindset. Actually, I got started in article directory marketing by
paying someone who is very successful a lot of money to teach me. He
was fantastic, and always willing to go out of his way to help--
All around he is an awesome guy and I have nothing but good to say
      about him.

Sadly, his methods worked for me. I say "sadly" because it was a lot of time,
money, and effort for such a little payoff, but I kept doing it because
it was working... A little bit.

I discovered the Warrior Forum somehow-- I think through
David Frye or Harvey Segal? Anyway I started reading up
on SEO and got my sites ranked #1 for the keywords. Again,
a lot of work (less for me than most people I would imagine)
and I started getting hundreds, and sometimes thousands,
of visitors per day. My list grew quickly-- but few were
buying. And those who were balked at the prices of some
      of my higher quality offers.

Along the way, I was reading posts from the many article
syndication folks here-- Especially Alexa, myob, and John McCabe,
and what they were saying made more and more sense.
After drilling them with questions (especially myob, thank you!)
I decided to go for it, to pull the trigger and ride the bullet.

What I found was that immediately I could write the way
I wanted, the way that is natural for me-- Longer, complete,
informative, high quality articles-- And submit them directly
to publishers. And you know what? Publishers love it!

And it is also natural because it is the same thing I already
do in the "offline" world-- Making connections, maintaining
a network of friends. That's the whole business-- How many
articles you submit, and how many people you submit them
      to, that is obviously important.

But the key to the article syndication business model is to
grow your publication network-- the publishers who like
receiving your work and publishing it-- by about 5 people
per day. I wasn't sure that would be enough at first, but
I've found it to be a very realistic and achievable goal,
and it certainly does add-up quickly!

And what I've found is that I get a much higher quality
kind of visitor to my websites now-- People who already
know the quality that I offer, and have much more of
a clear expectation of my higher prices (because I am
selective of the publications that I submit to, giving me
far more control than just dealing with any random person
who finds me in a search engine!)

So, I write far less, I do far less grunt work, and
I make a lot more money a lot easier.

This is going to be a little different for everyone. Personally, I like to
write long articles that hit the core ideas I am trying to get across
(like this post) and often times they are in the 1500 to 2000 word range.
I've been asked to shorten them more than once, but not too often.

      I don't give a rat's @$$ about "backlinking juice" and in fact, I have
personally blocked several of my sites from search engine spiders.
For example, I have a very high end chess instructional program,
and the people who were finding it in Google always wanted free
answers, and thought my pricing to be outrageous. Well, you will
be hard-pressed to ever find that site in Google anymore!

I also have a "ninja" site that I took completely off the Clearweb
and "hid" in the Darknet... Which not so ironically only gives it
      more credibility, hahahaha!!

So I care about only direct traffic from journals and other publications
that are already very highly respected-- and expensive. I want the
trust that is transferred from such publications to me (which is far
more than anything that can be gotten from Google! Imagine,
the doctor you find in "Google", or in the Mayo Clinic magazine
"Discovery's Edge"?) ...And, as I mentioned, I like magazines
with a high subscription price, because that means people are able and
willing to pay a lot of money just to get a magazine about whatever
      it is they like.

Sometimes my articles get syndicated passively, and that's fine
and great, but I don't sit around waiting for it. "Hope is not
      a strategy."

I don't submit to directories at all anymore, not even the much beloved
EZA. I email a couple articles directly to the publishers with a
line or two of introduction, and go from there.

By the way, this whole method I stole from the other warriors
here who have patiently answered questions time and time again...
I have maybe a hundred fantastic posts bookmarked and I read
through them every now and again to see how I can improve
a little more. None of them ever charged me a single penny
for the knowledge because they don't need to-- The business
      model works, plain and simple.

The only thing that I've added to make it my own is that
I have my own email, copywriting, and funnel style that works
for me. And, I tend to send physical gifts to the people that
work with me at least once per quarter, because it felt great
when I got that mug from EZA (even though I don't drink
coffee, nor even use their site anymore, haha).

I like sending edible gifts, because they can share them with
their friends, family, and co-workers, helping them connect
with the people around them, too. (And a person can only
take a certain amount of Thank You cards and gift cards
before they pile up and become an annoying waste of space!)

Currently, my favorite is Edible Arrangements, because they
are just awesome, and most people believe that fruit is healthy...
Even when smothered in plenty of chocolate!
