Best model for revenue? Traffic: 150 uv/day, niche: youth, user demo: mainly from Pakistan

Hello,
I have a blog that revolves around youth issues. I mostly write about socio-political and academic issues. The blog gets about 150 unique visitors per day and a huge chunk of them (about 90%) are from search engines (mainly Google). I mainly rely upon Adsense to generate revenues but these revenues are so petite that I'd rather deliberately get my self banned using Adsense . I understand that the keywords might have low CPC, and most of the visitors are from 3rd world countries, hence the low revenue.
Since some of my articles rank no.1 for keywords, and I've done a lot of work on the blog, I have one simple enough question: Is there a way to earn $100-$500 per month from the blog. I understand that affiliate products might not be the best way to go since the audience are based mainly in Pakistan so advertising might be my only way to make money. Adsense generates $5 dollars per month which isn't significant at all.
I am pondering over the options to generate a significant income from the blog. I've CPM advertisement in mind as well as selling links on some of my article and category pages. 2 articles have a Page rank of 3 while others have PR1. Most of the category pages have PR1 while one has a PR2.

What model would suit me the best? (If there is any)
Can I generate a revenue of $100 with current traffic?

Share your thoughts and opinions. I would honestly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

P.S: I've searched through the forum to find a relevant thread to post my questions but couldn't find one.
#$100 a month #150 #demo #model #niche #pakistan #revenue #traffic #user #uv or day #youth

Why not develop your own pakistani-specific products?

Thanks @writeaway for a quick reply.
The problem is, Pakistani rarely do buy products online. There is a lack of trust + other several issues which prove to be a hindrance. Can u suggest a way to just add a source of income or revenue. I mean, there must be something. Something other than offering a product. One particular way could be selling links. I mean I could get $10 dollars per month for a PR3 backlink for an education related article. Can't I? How about selling upto 5 links per page?

You have to find something that your visitors are willing to pay for.

Socio-political and academic issues are not exactly the things that make money.

I absolutely second your opinion. I am thinking of starting new projects. I've a lot of ideas. But before doing that, I just wanted to had something in return for the work I had done on the blog. 1 of the article has been quoted by university students for their research projects. The quality of the content is up to the mark. I mean, the articles are still performing well as far as traffic is concerned. The social activity is pretty good as well. 40+ G+ likes, 100+ FB likes. I mean there must be a way to get a little reward for the effort. Or shutting it down is the only way left?

One possible option would be trying to offer the content as free/premium. They can see part of it free and then the rest you ask maybe $1 or $3 for access.

Another option would be to offer services, for example academic research for a fee.

I've tried the first options but no one opted in. The later option is great. Thanks for the advice. If I start to get enough projects, I can outsource them.

Apart from that, Can I sell links? If yes, where could I find potential customers?

Link buyers are looking for niche-specificity and page rank. Do you have at least a PR 3?
