Please check to make sure that you are posting as the Page profile and not the personal account. You can check this in your page profile admin settings > Edit Page > Your Settings > Always comment and post on your page as "page name" even when using Facebook as "personal name".Note: You're currently using Facebook as Page Name. To switch to Personal Name, click Account at the top of any page.

I dont have a personal facebook account, just the page for my business.

If you set up a page without using a personal profile as an admin then it doesnt allow for commenting on posts, stupid but one of the drawbacks from setting up that way.

You need to check if it is posting as your page or you, some pages also dont allow other pages to comment and also you cant comment on real peoples posts using a page it has to be another page.

Yeah you should be able to do that, I am not sure if it then reinstates the permission to comment etc then but just know that is a problem with setting up without using a profile to do it as I have came across it a few times before with business pages I worked on.

I imagine it will work if you do though.

In any event, you can create another fb account for your personal profile and then set that profile as an admin from your page account. I think then you'll be able to comment as a page from your personal account.
