How Much Does this Site cost?

I have made the decision to sell off my 3 year old Personal Development/Relationship blog. I wish to sell it on Flippa. But I am not sure about the value that I should place on it. This is the first site that I am selling so I really have no clue how much the site cost. I hope you warriors can have a look and give me a little insight about how much I should sell the site (minimum)

I've been writing it on and off. There are some times where I didn't write for months. But the articles written there are of quality. Mostly 500 words + ranging up to 1500 words+. There's no specific keywords to target, although there are traffic from a long tail keywords. There's about 50+ posts in the blog.
I never advertised the site and depended heavily on SEO and some social networks. I have also never monetized the site so I there is no revenue claimed because I had the intention to keep the blog ad free.
The traffic for this month (unique visits) is 819 and pageviews 1,283
When I tried to test post on flippa, my traffic stats was 577 uniques and 820 pageviews.

Domain name expiring in September 2013.
The price I have in mind is $500. But I'm not sure if it's too steep or too low. That's why I really need your opinions.
