Cold Traffic Sucks - What's Your Best "Warm" Traffic Source?

Cold traffic sucks for list building. I have tried Facebook and Bing for list building and it's converted for me horribly...

Besides solo ads, ad swaps, and joint ventures, are there any other sources of warm traffic to send to a squeeze page?

  I do not, but that's a fantastic idea. I'm promoting offers as an affiliate now and will eventually create my own product at which point I'll start recruiting affiliates.

If you are in the im/mmo niche then you are currently engaging with some of the hottest leads you'll find on the net.

If you are in fact in the im/mmo niche then run a free wso with a cheap upsell to cover the cost of thread bumps... You are then effectively building your list for free.

Also you should consider finding blogs and even ezine owners within your niche and guest posting for them with a link to your squeeze, some ezine owners have over 100,000 subscribers.

  In addition, consider writing and/or advertising in niche-relevant offline publications such as newspapers, magazines, trade journals, association newsletters, etc. Most of these outlets now have online components.

Try writing a report with a few other influencers in your niche. Each of you can include a link to your sites in the report. Have all the authors give it away to their audience for free.
