Infomovie Creation? How to....

Hey guys,

Quick question, I have a powerpoint presentation and a voiceover in mp3. What steps do I need to take in order to make it an infomovie? I'm using LibreOffice but the buttons seem similar to powerpoint.

Thanks in advance for the input.

I record my voice overs using adobe sound booth. It has some great turnkey filters to make your voice sound like a pro. My favorite is 'male narrator." I export the mp3 file and match it up with the video in screen flow. I also add the sound effects there as well.

To place clickable links, buttons or even HTML at any point throughout a video, I use easy video player 2. It also makes hosting your videos on amazon s3 a breeze. They recently released Easy Video Suite but I did not see a reason to upgrade for my purposes.

You can see an example that I just did at PackYourWaitingRoom | How to Build An Unending Stream of Profitable New PatientsPackYourWaitingRoom. I use the HTML feature to display an opt-in box as soon as I make the offer which is not until close to the end.

      Hope that helps.

It took a while but I was inventing as I went. Started with the outline using a problem-agitate-solve technique. Then went back and added the graphics and animations. Got the receptionist voice over from fiverr and the actual animation was goanimate.

          Wow.. Joshua! Great video!

I have been playing around with GoAnimate.com as well. It's a monthly subscription, but the videos I can create are more fun than my typical powerpoint slide presentation.

When it came time for sound, I recorded my voice simply using the voice recorder that came with the computer. Next I uploaded the mp3 into GoAnimate. Final step was to line up the slide time lengths with my mp3. It was easier than I initially thought.

          Hope this helps!

Thanks. I've been working with docs for a long time. They are often difficult to get in front
of but they can always afford to pay you.

Easiest way would to just listen to to the audio (just to get the timing correct) while doing a screen capture video with Free CamStudio of your PowerPoint.

Afterwards just use put the mp3 and video (because the video will have no sound) together. This can be done in the free built in video editors on PC or Mac.

Or just pay someone on Fiverr to put them together for you for $5.

    Hope that helps!
