I have a few questions:

If i'm trying to seo my webpage, should my main keyword be in ever article I write (atleast 2% densit)?

Should all my articles titles be varrients of my keyword?

example: Keword-Doggy vacation spot

good article titles/keywords: Doggy vacations spots in mexico, Doggy vacation watchers, Doggy vacation kennels

questionable article titles/keywords(but non competitive): Dog groomers in atlanta, how to train your dog not to pee on carpet, dog house breaking

Obviously it would be better to go for the "good articles titles" but wouldn't it also be good to go for kewords that haven't got as much to do with your main keyword, but it has little competition?

Should I go for little competition keywords (that have a little do with my main keyword, but are not extremely relevant) to go for the traffic, or go for keywords that are closely related to mind, but are more compeitive or have no real traffic generation.

So it is basically a question to whether I should go for seo traffic, or for article traffic?

Research the keywords that you want to focus on and tailor your article to match the keyword string. Make sure you use the exact keyword phrase a few times in your article and in the title.

Don't stuff keywords in your pages unless the content specifically talks about these keywords. Make a new content page for each keyword phrase and capitalize on optimizing it

So if I write 300 articles, do I need to keep the keyword in almost everyone?

    Hello...

I think both. You can write the article title as your keywords, always. And for SEO, you must put your keyword as your site's title.
