Do you use the "mass pay" option in Paypal?

Payoneer is a good way to go especially if you're taking payments from 2CheckOut for your sales.

Otherwise Western Union is my second choice when it comes to paying regular outsourced staff in the Philippines. For most it also means they can get same-day pay, usually with delivery service.

If you've never been to the country you'd be surprised how many people do not own a debit card or even a bank account. And bank service is usually awful so paypal might be the easiest option for us but usually a pain for them to deal with.

Another option is moneybookers if you're having issues with paypal.

That's my go to backup optionis paypal isn't working.

    I would agree with Alastair.
Moneybookers is a great tool if your PayPal is not working.

  • We use payments.ph. It's the best so far. Convenient, fast, and cheaper because it doesn't have as many fees as paypal.

Has anyone heard about Tipalti > Home for mass pay, especially with international payments?

They look interesting to me because they handle tax forms.

Payoneer is a great source to use for your outsourcing payouts. Have you considered using Western Union?

I would look into Payoneer. The last time I looked Western Union charged ridiculous high pricing unless it has changed but I wouldn't use them if I had other options and I have also been looking into Payoneer for overseas vendors and looks good.

My US vendors I pay using Chase Quickpay because it doesn't cost me anything and there are no fees for accepting the payment, win win for both seller and buyer. Only the person paying needs to have Chase and the buyer can use any US bank account.

      Thanks for mentioning Payoneer!

We provide companies and sites with a complete global payout solution, including services such as US ACH, global bank transfers, prepaid debit cards, and more (supporting over 200 countries).

Our service is completely free of charge for the sender (company/site that is our partner) and will greatly reduce the cost for your payees to receive their payments. For the Philippines in specific (and over 60 other countries) we over a local bank transfer service allowing your payees to receive payments from a local bank in the Philippines, in PHP at only $2.99 per payment.

We work with companies and businesses of all sizes, from small businesses with only a handful of payees to major corporations with thousands. You can check out our website for further details, or also feel free to contact me (or David, who posted above) directly.

      Thanks again!
