Which domain name should I choose?

No, it isn't unprofessional to add "blog" to your domain name. It's quite common actually. Since you already know which one you like, why don't you go with that one?

It looks like all of these domain names could work well. The most important thing that you should be focusing on is planning your website and adding high quality content.

Whatever you decide to use, I hope your website becomes successful. Good luck!

Not a fan of none of them myself, they are all to long and I would never type them in. To me they are unbrandable because of the length of them, it is to hard to remember. I am sure you will be targeting SEO type of traffic so length doesn't matter, why not try get a shorter term which sums up water heaters?

Have you checked places like godaddy auctions to see if there are any domains in there? They may cost a few extra bucks (Literally, like 12 bucks) but it might be worth taking a look.

I don't think its unprofessional to add blog to your domain name either. I'm not sure its even an issue you considered, especially if all your visits come from clicks.
You might lose a small amount of traffic from people typing in your domain name manually when using the double "r" in your domain name.

A handful of people may drop the "r" at the end of "waterheater" or leave out the "r" at the beginning of "reviews" when manually typing your domain name.

If you can afford to and it is available you might want to consider reserving "waterheatereviewsblog.com" as well and redirecting it to your "waterheaterreviewsblog.com". I can't imagine you losing a huge number of visitors without the redirect, but why not get as much traffic as possible?

I own a couple of long domain names myself so I can't really say anything about that.

No it is not at all unprofessional to add blog separately.

I didn't like any of the domains you have listed over here.

Since I can't read it at a glance that what this domain is about. And it seems hard to memorize to me.

Since if you are interested to optimize the domain then you have to take care all these parameters.

I don't know if you have ever looked Google Analytics or not. If you have seen it then you might have noticed there is something called direct traffic.

Direct traffic is considered those who type your domain name directly to the browser or they may have bookmarked it in their browser.

So if you want your audience to it easily then you have to choose your domain name accordingly. Or else you might lose traffic from this segment.

I am not a real Fan of EMDs, try to brand it more. I suggest something like mywaterheater.com, waterheaters24.com, yourwaterheater.com, or something made up like a brandname BAMwaterheaters.com

In the long term a brand will be more sticky in the serps.

Honestly, you should look at those domains you just listed from the perspective of the consumer. They're keyword stuffed and come off as as a bit spammy. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for doing what you need to do rank, but the tactic of putting your keyword in the URL is dying...

Why pigeon hole yourself to just water heaters? What if you try to create an authority site about home all things home & garden. You can start with that niche topic of water heaters, but it's nice to know that you won't be solely held to just write about that topic in the future.

I think any of them would work well. Obviously your niche and keyword is "water heater." It's great that you are incorporating that into the domain name. No matter what is in the rest of the name, your keyword is always there.

I don't think so. I like that more than the other three.

For SEO purposes, it's better to have the "added words" (i.e. additional to the main keyword) after the keyword, too, rather than before it. So these domain-names with things like "my" and "your" at the start are missing a trick, there.

It's still a very long name, but "waterheaterreviews" itself is long, so that's not so easy to avoid, if wanting an EMD. Have you thought about something like "waterheaterworld" or "waterheaterreality"?
