Some one told me that FB would not be the right medium to fish for home sellers in my area of nyc , nj, ct

How do I research on FB if my market are there - what steps must I take to find out ?

    Just try it out.Put there 50$ and see if it works,if it dosn't move on.
    You can't be sure until you try,the market is always shifting.

    I wouldn’t say that it’s a bad place to advertise. In fact I don’t think there are many things that couldn’t get at least some exposure on FB. That being said, you will experience lower click through rates than you would on search marketing platforms. As long as you have compelling ads and a good conversion funnel, you should do fine.

    I did some FB ads for the Tampa Bay,FL area real estate. I buy and flip houses and commercial properties. I was not impressed with the overall results.I will try again in the next few months.
