Automatic Link Cloaker with SEO benefits please?

Anyone knows any AUTOMATIC link cloaking plugin that has seo benefits like that adds no-follow to all links and so on..

I said automatic becuase I want to cloak not only my future but all my previous posts too.

    To give example of what I want I want the Amazon link cloaked to the page URL which I saw in a page like this one

    domain.com/2013/cuisinart-dtc-975bkn-thermal-12-cup-programmable-coffeemaker-black-big-sale/?do=add_to_cart&asin=B0000YTYGM&c=us&r=abc-20

    I changed the original domain name just to keep privacy of the site but how is that done?
    You hover over the buy now button and what you see is the above link but you click on it and it takes you to Amazon page.
