Commission Junction Dilemma?

Hey Gang,

I just noticed something weird when I log into commission junction... and I don't know if this is normal or not...whether it is something NEW or something that has ALWAYS BEEN THERE!

So if someone here can log in to their CJ Account, and verify whether or not it is just happening with just my account -- or it is just a NORMAL occurance.

When I log into cj.com, then on the top right populates my account information:

Account: account name (#######)

Now, in the # field, this is my CID/account # -- that I've known... always known... and is mine.

However, if I click on account -or- run reports -- the URL then populates members.cj.com/member/#######/

But the URL field is showing a totally different CID# than what is actually mine.

So, is this normal? Is this what everyone else is experiencing??

In Many Thanks,
Kyle

Do you mean yours is the same as mine(meaning, experiencing the same thing as me), or do you mean that your account # is the same in both places(URL & account info on top right)?

I can't check my account at the minute, as i don't have my details to hand. However, have you contacted Commission Junction about it?

It's worth shooting them a message, so at least they know about it.

I don't have access to a phone -- at least for the next few hours.

I don't think they'd give your commissions to someone else from a db error, if thats what you're wondering. they're a huge player, a simple error like this would have made major news
