Who's your favorite person to follow on Twitter?

I'm starting to really get into Twitter, which is typical because I'm always late to the party on these things. I'm usually still focused on maximizing the old trends by the time the new ones get popular.

I'm just curious, if you had to follow only one person on Twitter, who would it be? Who really delivers the good stuff in 140 characters or less?

    Me.

All kidding aside, it really depends on what you're interested in learning.

Every marketer has his or her own way of communicating.

Personally, I like Willie Crawford, John Taylor, Chris from Ezine Articles
(for obvious reasons as he keeps me up to date with stuff)

Like I said, it depends on what you're looking for.

Twitter is not really a place to find information, in my opinion, it is like a gossip chat room that marketers have found they can use to drive traffic through people's inquisitive natures. It is mostly there for followers. Only my opinion, I'm not saying this is what it is really meant for.

That brings up an interesting question. If you consider Twitter a form of list building, are you looking to get "targeted followers" who may be interested in your expertise?

I mean, the ideal list to have is a list of buyers who are already into what you offer. Maybe I'm missing the point entirely.

However, I can see how you can get your name out there by doing what you suggest.

You'll find a lot of posts are automated and not from the person you are following at all. It's like everything, if there's a way to exploit it, it will get exploited.
