We have adspace on Instagram. What do you think?
A while back my team recently developed a web extension in the chrome store called Instatabs. Once enabled and logged in, whenever you open a new browser, your homepage is your instagram feed. It shows 8 pictures above the fold and the option to like/comment. Also has the option to see the popular photos section.
We have started selling adspace through buysellads. Out of the 8 pictures that are above the fold, 1 is an ad that looks exactly like one of your other pictures. For example if the ad is for nike, its a nice looking picture of one of their shoes.
The ads are pulling about 30,000 impressions a day now and we are selling it at $2 per 1K impressions.

Are we marketing this the best way possible? Also, how should we go about getting the word out to people who might be interested?
