What's up with postcard marketing?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hey all,

Not long ago, got one of those phone blast marketing calls from a guy some of you might know. Anyway, He claims that by adding this to his marketing quiver
the sale are pouring in...and yes I know that hyperbolic.:p

My question is have you guys had any experience with this type of marketing before? And how effective was it? ...if it was :confused:

  Post cards... especially oversized post cards ....are cost effective tools for offline augmentation to your online list.

Try testing your idea with flyers first, pay a high school kid to throw out a couple hundred door to door and if you get any response, then you probably have a good postcard
