How to monetize a betting website?

I was thinking clickbank products but they all seem to have really high refund rates and I cant use google adsense as it's not allowed..

anyone know any good ways

    Isn't a betting website already monetized?

    That would be confusing to the visitor...

    I'd imagine that if you were going to do it, then CPA may be the way to go.

    If you have a betting website you should be making a percentage of the take?
