    The future is that as people get more savvy and the big companies grab more online real estate, the margins and the space for the small player will diminish, generally. Unless you are good and have resources then you are going to be fighting for a smaller piece of pie.

    As long as there is Internet, there will be IM! It is attractive and help people make money.
    It will change permanently, due to the extraordinary evolution of technology, but I trust it will live long.
