What's the best PPV Network for IM niche?

INTERNET MARKETING

I'm a newbie and wanted to try PPV. I read that trafficvance is the best but requries $1000 deposit, followed by leadimpact, adon network etc.

However I'm looking at promoting products in the IM niche. Do any of these PPV networks have good quality traffic for this niche or are there any other networks that anyone recommends for IM niche?
