Got an Opportunity to Promote a Film - Need Help

Guys,
I got an opportunity to promote online a small budget film which is going to be released in south india on march end.

Tomorrow I am going to meet the director of this movie and need to explain my online marketing efforts, I have listed down my strategies please help me to improve/add

- Create a facebook fan page and daily updates about this movie,posting film photos, raw footages,interviews
- Create a facebook contest to increase facebook likes (like free movie ticket)
- Create a twitter pages (same as facebook but updates are in more real time)
- Create a twitter contest (like free movie ticket for the person who has more tweets) -- How to check this??
- Create a website with home page/gallery/videos/contest/crew pages
- Create a youtube video channel and upload the videos there..

Is there any thing you feel can be added more? My aim is to get atleast 1 million faces likes before the launch and post launch.

This is the first time for me and for the director aswell, so please suggest some ideas..

    There is nothing impossible for the above goal, everything can happen in Internet Marketing. I am quite sure indie movie will sell if the fan base also support it, not only the promotion campaign manager.
    If you have more time to do extra time, I suggest to you to create an official tumblr account and then join with independent movie group. You will get a lot of exposure if the big guy in tumblr interested to join in your promotion campaign. But before all of that, you have to work on the tumblr account. Post the actor biography, movie footage, movie fact and trivial but it picture format. Movie quote is not bad too. Don't forget to tag the picture properly.

    @ Vanessa, Thanks for the tip, But I am really not sure how your tip is going to work (I may be 100% wrong) See this is an Indian Regional Movie and the language is not English, by joining the tumblr movie group how this is going to help the movie? Yes if it became a national hit and if it has to go to international level this would work, At end of the day my main job is to reach this film as many as people down there in south india and especially tamil speaking people around the india and the world...
    But sure you have given a valuable tip which I have never known for these years and I will implement that aswell...
