I am making a list of sites, and i want to add nofollow relation to every link, is there a plugin to do that..

PS: - I am using wordpress

Depends on the location of the link.
If you are talking about links in post/page content, you can try WordPress › Search and Replace « WordPress Plugins
Search for: <a href=
Replace with: <a rel="nofollow" href=
