FEEDBACK: Down-Under Australia WEB Business With The Kangaroos

Hi there from Sydney Australia (where is always rains for some reason).

Slight Background - Brief
I am new to this forum but have been using the internet to run my coaching business for some time now. I have run my site for about 4 years and have managed to build up a business from the leads. From these leads in the form of both bookings and inquiries I have slowly nurtured them and established my business.

Learned this early
I also run an op tin mailing list which I have done from the beginning (they do work well )
I already have a few products on the site (ebooks) but am currently in the process of increasing the range.

I was hoping for some feedback, I know its a big ask, I am new and what have I done for you) Thing is I would really appreciate any expert feedback on my sire in regards to design and traffic generating options and I would make a point of repaying the favor down the track.

My site always struggles to get quality traffic and conversations to both optin or to purchase products/courses

Is my site difficult to navigate? Thoughts.../Advice...

Traffic is always a big challenge. I rank highly in the relevant keywords, have many articles online, a large blog of quality content and media exposure. What would you recommended to get higher amounts of quality traffic both Australia wide and world wide (for product purchasing reasons?)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will IM the website details etc. I really love this industry but need a helping hand....

    How to pick up and talk to girls, Meet and attract women

    It is in the dating advice niche.

    My clients are Australia wide and I do OK, (make a living, have some staff, office etc). It is time now to grow the business and promote products and international courses world wide, (competitive I know) but in Australia I have a loyal following and would like to crack into the international market as my product/service are good.

    I have newer audio and video coaching products created and ready to be launched and a membership site in the works. As I said I have courses that I can also run overseas.

    As I said this is a passion of mine coaching. Dating advice is the niche. The marketing I struggle with as their is a lot to learn.

    Any help would be VERY MUCH appreciated.

    Well the visitor has a lot of options. Probably too many. Seeing all the course dates is impressive, but should they be taking up that much real estate?

    What is converting for you on the page now?

    I would find a video image with a man and a woman for the still. It looks like a gay dating topic, seriously. I'm certain that doesn't leave the visitor with the impression you want them to have.

      Hi there Jason,

      I appreciate the comments and time taken.

      I would say that best conversions come from the "Free ebook" tab next to the optin box as well as the box itself. They tend to sit on the list and then either purchase or enquire.

      The blog gets a decent readership with optin box and free ebook give away.

      I agree with having to many options for the viewer, its just that the site has grown over time and we kind of don't now where to start. We were looking at a redesign but are worried about losing rankings. Thoughts?

      The still image on the video make it a man and a women. That is great advice as now I see it can look deceiving. Never thought of it! Will implement!!

      I still think that we don't get enough traffic and our bounce rate of 68% is rather high.

      What would you do if it was your site?

      Any other advice welcome. Really do appreciate it!
