Clickbank Problem??? Help!

First i'd like to say that in my short experience with clickbank, I think I'm pretty confident in the statement that clickbank customer service reps probably have a collective IQ level of about 60. Maybe someone can answer a couple simple questions for me, which clickbank reps don't seem mentally capable of doing.

I opened my account on 03/21/09. From that date until 04/01 I made no sales, and under reporting in the paycheck section- this was reflected and reported. However, from 04/01/09 - 04/15/09 I made a little over 400$ as you can see below.

2009-04-08 $316.20
2009-04-15 $123.42

Now my question is, today is the 17'th and I want to know two things, first of all, why hasn't any updates been made to the paycheck reporting section? No new paycheck shows up at all. Secondly, I made about 6-7 sales, All sales were made with VISA and AMEX. I read the CDR section, and it doesn't address AMEX ... Does AMEX count towards the CDR? At lastly, hypothetically speaking if I met the CDR and I didn't have this other issue I mentioned, and a check was to be issued.. my first check, would I be recieving ALL comm. from sales made from 04/01-04/15? Thanks!!

I would definitely get in contact with ClickBank, regardless of how much you believe they lack in the intelligence department. As it stands, it seems like they are your best hope for now when it comes to receiving a direct answer. It's best to go into it with a positive attitude. And congratulations on making $400+ in sales this month! May I ask how you did it personally?

You are going to have to call them, because they don't respond to email.

      Free if you use skype!

I had an issue with a refund and never heard back...maybe it was just bad timing. Luckily, I had a great customer

Would one VISA and one paypal payment meet the CDR requirement as long as 5 or more different credit card numbers was gained?
