How do you guys find more affiliates?

A lot of it is networking. Some on Facebook, some on Linkedin etc.

You can tap into JVBrokers as well. Some are good some not so much...it really comes down to their connections. And in most cases it's worth the 10% they charge because it can really open up some doors.

With that said...there are various brokers who are better connected in various area's and price point comes into play (as well as stats)

For instance, I usually deal with higher price point products when brokering and most of my partners only promote the higher price points. But there are a lot of well connected brokers who deal with lower price points as well.

Another thing to do is to get your affiliate program as much exposure as possible. While Platforms like Clickbank, JVZoo, RapBank etc are great and have thier own pools of affiliates...there are just as many (figure of speech) that rarely search those marketplaces.

Sites like Launchboards | Affiliate Programs Marketplace » Marketplace and similar are some good places. Often times IM affiliates will search resource sites / affiliate marketplaces to locate specific affiliate programs that either meet a certain price point, vertical, conversion etc..

Another big point is to ensure that you have a well laid out affiliate resource area so they have everything they need to promote and you should also have a sign up form (if possible...a way to collect their email) and a autoresponder set up so that you can follow up with them, introduce a contest etc. DON"T promote other products or be spammy (that's a given) ...

The biggest thing, especially for setting up deals with larger list owners is to have good conversions.
