Can't fund my 7search advertising account

I made advertising account on 7search , now I want to fund my account with $25 via paypal. I have $60 on my paypal in available balance. But when I try to fund account I got this message on 7search:

I am from Bosnia, my paypal account currency is in dollars.

    Just contact them. If your address is not listed as a U.S. address the error message makes no sense.

    It says "it does not accept payments from paypal accounts that is not confirmed" is your address confirmed?

        Yea it says you are verified. You will need to send 7search a support ticket to get the best answer, only they can provide you with the proper fix.

    how can I confirm address?
    It's been many years since I verified, so I don't remember the exact steps. I think you need to send paypal a fax with your I.D and proof of address, they may even have to verify your bank account. Give paypal a call and ask them how to upgrade to a premier account.
