RSS Feed for Google base product search

Hi all -

How do I go about creating a RSS feed for Google Product Base? Its asking for a XML or TXT file but not sure how to create this.

I require it for Kitejunkiee - Kitesurfing Sunglasses, Hook Knifes & Accessories and would like to also upload my ebay listings.

Ebay has a RSS creation tool, but upon uploading the rss file created I get this error message from google -

"We dont understand your Delimiter"

Under Delimiter options I have this:

Delimiter: Autodetect Tab (\t) Pipe (|) Tilde (~)

My ebay RSS file is here

I then copied this to a .XML file and uploaded it to google.... Then I got that error..
