About me & Privacy Policy are dupicated content?

Hello Warriors,

I have a question about duplicat content.

If I have 3 mini sites in the same niche, and I have the same About Me page and Privacy Policy page on all these 3 niche sites. Will I get penalty from google?

Are these same content considered as duplicate content?

    If your overly worried about those pages being duplicate content just make images of the content instead. = )

    The only real penalty Google issues for duplicate content is not indexing it, so it doesn't really matter.

    I am afraid that this will destroy my SEO result. So as long as it doesn't do anything bad to my website, I do not worry about it any more.
