Changing Wordpress theme

I'm ranked well for a few keywords, but I would like to change my Wordpress theme. Will it negatively affect my rankings/SEO if I make a change to my Wordpress theme?

    Changing the theme is not affect the rankings, but make sure your new theme has proper SEO structures.

    Changing your theme shouldn't affect anything in regards to ranking and SEO.

    The new code may need some cleaning though, so if you can spot redundant or code you don't need, you can always go in and edit it out.

    No, just your 'branding'.

    Having said that, some themes do include SEO functionality as a built in feature, so if you went from one with such a feature, to one without, it would affect it In that case you'd have to use a plugin to achieve the same.
