What steps are involved to make an opt-in live?

I'm new to opt-in pages, so I want to know after you have one designed, what's the next step to make it live? I'm assuming you have to purchase a domain name. How do you link it to your opt-in page?

I also want to send a free pdf file once an opt-in is completed. How is that done?

How do you link it to your aweber account?

If anyone can send me the steps in order of what needs to be done to make them live, it would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Basically you just create the opt in forms with your AR and put the code in your opt in page that is, after you set up your domain and then host it etc etc in the first place.

    What I would do if I were you is look for some video tutorials on sites like YT to get a step by step run through.
