How does anyone even use Facebook vouchers and ads?

I can't imagine how it could be a coincidence. I had a FB ad voucher before and set up my ad account on my partners account we used with a fan page I had and added the ad voucher which worked fine. The next day when I went to see if my ad was approved yet, it said my ad manager had been banned.

It said "Our systems have detected unusual payment activity on your account. As a security precaution, the payments functionality on your account has been disabled and all ads have stopped. For more information, please contact us."

So I did contact them to try to find out what the issue was, and got no answer about it. I asked them how it was possible to have unusual payment activity when there hasn't been a single payment yet, and I was starting with a $50 ad credit that hadn't even been used yet. They wouldn't say and only said they were not going to be able to restore my account and I couldn't run any ads. I had put my CC info in as they needed when I started it and all the information matched, I use the card all the time. They didn't say there was anything wrong.

So anyways, I forgot about FB ads for a while after that.

Recently I recieved another $50 FB ad voucher from my hosting company so I decided to try to use it once again, this time with my own personal account that I've had for years. So I did the same set up, put in my CC (a different one than the first time) and then added my $50 ad voucher and submitted some ads.

The very next day what happens? I get a notice from FB that my account might have been compromised and hacked, so they shut it down until I could verify my identity and send them my photo ID. So I sent them my ID and waited several days and finally got my account restored. In all the years I've had this personal account I've Never had any issues or security warnings like that! Then suddenly the day after I add an ad and ad voucher they say my account was hacked? Wtf!

So after I got the account back I went to look at the ad manager and saw the exact same message as before! So I wrote them again and told them my account was supposedly hacked and now restored and asked them what I need to get my ad account restored also. It's been several days already and not a single response from them about it!

If there was something I did wrong or they needed further verification of any of it they could tell me what they need and I could provide it. They don't say what the issue is and give no way to resolve it. I don't get how everyone else seems to be able to use fb ads with no problems except for waiting for ad approvals.
